Investigation Process:

  • Our team will thoroughly investigate the reported issue to verify its validity and determine the appropriate resolution.
  • We may request additional information or clarification from both the buyer and seller to facilitate the investigation.

Resolution Options:

  • In cases where the purchased account is found to be significantly different from the listed details or not delivered as described, we will strive to offer one or more of the following resolutions:
    a. Replacement: We may facilitate the exchange of the account with a similar one that meets the buyer’s requirements.
    b. Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or preferred, we will initiate a refund of the purchase amount to the buyer’s original payment method.
    c. Mediation: In situations where a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation between the buyer and seller, our team may act as a mediator to help facilitate a fair solution.

Timeframe for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 24h after the resolution has been determined and agreed upon by both parties.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refunds will not be provided for accounts that were banned, suspended, or restricted due to violations of the game’s terms of service or any other violations committed after the transaction.
  • Refunds will not be applicable if the buyer fails to provide sufficient evidence or fails to report the issue within the specified timeframe.

Buyer and Seller Responsibilities:

  • Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the account details and ensuring they meet their requirements before making a purchase.
  • Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about the listed accounts and delivering them promptly after the transaction.
